Rosie O'Donnell is Larry's friend. She appears a few times in the show, famously in The Bowtie when she tries to make amends between Larry and the lesbian community after Larry makes offensive remarks. She is also a prominent character in the episode Denise Handicapped when she beats Larry up after he refuses to let her pay for lunch.
